Studio owner and filmmaker, ACE UNDERHILL, shares his HD production experience and solutions relevant to Indie Filmmaking. We will explore the tapeless workflow with specific examples from today's most prevalent low-cost HD media, Panasonic's P2 cards. You will also learn how HD changes the way you work, whether you are a part of camera, lighting, wardrobe, makeup, art department, or even talent!

Ace Underhill brings over 12 years of experience in the film and television industry, blending extensive technical knowledge with an award-winning artistic edge. He founded Brilliant Screen Studios, a full-service production facility in San Diego, assisting clients such as feature filmmakers, the BBC, ABC Family, NBC, Spike TV, and Delorean Motor Company. In addition to serving on the San Diego Filmmakers Board of Directors, he is also a Film Advisor to the Government of Costa Rica. When not on the set, he designs filmmaking tools, equipment and software.
