4/19/08 - LEGAL CLINIC FOR INDEPENDENT FILMMAKERS

STARRING DAVID BRANFMAN

Whether you are making a documentary, shooting the next "No Country For Old Men," or writing the next "Juno," you will have questions best answered by an experienced entertainment attorney.

David Branfman will answer your legal questions at the Indie Filmmakers Legal Clinic, Saturday, April 19, 2008

At this unique, five-hour Indie Filmmaker's Legal Clinic, renowned entertainment attorney David Branfman will take you through:

    • How to protect your intellectual property
    • When to form a corporation (and when not to)
    • Licensing music and film clips
    • Obtaining production insurance and completion bonds
    • And more!

Get your legal questions answered in person by a professional entertainment attorney!

This workshop has been structured to allow every attendee to ask questions specific to your projects.* Are you writing a screenplay inspired by a true story and don't know what rights you need to secure or how to get them? Ask David Branfman! Have you already shot your film and don't know whether you have to digitally blur that trademarked Coca-Cola® logo in the background? These are just some of the types of questions David Branfman will answer for you!

Due to the invaluable, one-on-one* nature of this seminar, seating is limited, so register NOW!
